Yes, hallo. Just wondering - for a friend, what you're supposed to do when you find that they have changed form.
Specifically, into what appears to be a dragon.
(all replies audio; unless otherwise stated. There is also a furry white dragon floating around, anywhere on The Train and very interested in shinies. Feel free to action spam)

Re: audio
But, small, yes.
Why do you ask?
(His friend is also really him)

[Why yes, you can hear the Pointed Capitalization.]
-made at that time. Evidently they haven't run out yet.

[Guess putting random stuff in his mouth was gonna catch up sooner or later]
Who's the certain Someone?
Did you enjoy being a dragon?
no subject
[Rezo hesitates before answering the next question.]
...It wasn't so bad, as I had someone I trusted to keep me company while I was transformed.
no subject
What is with humans and shame?
no subject
-Or rather, offer your friend assistance.
As for your other question... That is not an easy one to answer. [Because it will probably turn into a melancholy bit of rumination on the human condition on Rezo's part, and the Doctor probably doesn't have time for that.]

[Not that Rezo hasn’t already picked up on the this-guy-might-not-be-human thing. It’s more the way that Rezo’s been casually lumped in with the rest of humanity that catches his attention. And it’s not in an offended way, it’s just…
Well, it’s another thing that’s not easy to explain.]
Are you so fond of humans, then?
no subject
Yes.
[Another pause and very enthusiastically.]
Oh, yes!
no subject
Do you eat them?
[Rezo has been hanging out with too many mazoku, sorry doc.]

Re: audio
Ohhhhhhhhh. Those. But. Whut? Sorry. How?
Why are you congratulating me - them?
Human time. I don't know how you lot handle that.
no subject
As for the congratulations, why wouldn't I? It's a whole different formative experience, even if you, or they, don't need any particular forming.
no subject
Have you been a dragon, as well?

[The Doctor remarks with a lot of enthusiasm]
Why I still travel, seeing if I can be proven wrong. Found a werewolf, never thought that would happen.
Why thank you. You don't sound so bad yourself. [The Doctor remarks in a flirting voice]
no subject
Thank you, I feel young for a forty-something!
( a twice dead one too, but that's not anything worth talking about. )
What's a werewolf, anyway? Can't say I've heard about that one in particular.
no subject
It's like - a man - who gets really hairy, with long claws and an instinct to blindly kill, once a month during a full moon.

You wait it out. Your 'friend' should return to normal in an hour or two.
But I'd suggest you find them a towel.
Re: audio
Why do you suggest a towel?
no subject
I hid in a bath in the spa car until I changed back.
no subject
Are you born with clothes on?

I would think the Tharil is reading.

Oh, it's a dragon, definitely. Not just the appearance. Those are my qi candies, they do something weird in the void because of course the void messes with things, it likes messing with reality. Or spiritual stability? Whatever, it'll pass.
If your friend wants to learn to fly, though, I'm in the pool room using the air over the pool right now. Kind of open, no one else is in here, so it's a good place to hang, and there's plenty of towels around for when they change back!
Action
Don't suppose you could also explain why reflective objects are more interesting.
[Someone's been fighting his brain about hoarding]
And what's this fuss about a towel?
no subject
it's nice, albeit also strange, to have so many temporary draconic companions. )
Not really, that one seems to be more Void weirdness. None of us have any particular obsession with shiny things.
( a pause. )
Maybe if it was chicken?
( then he could think of it as a weird sharing of his own likes, but shiny? not even close! )
Oh, right, the towel thing. Some people are really sensitive about being naked after they shift back, for this or that reason. I don't mind, but I'm used to trying not to shift around people who do.
no subject
Blimey! You're beautiful! Sorry, I was slow. Kept getting distracted by shiny - stuff for some reason.
So, this is something common in your universe?
no subject
We are, aren't we?
( dragons are beautiful. factual, thanks for the mention! )
Dragon souled? In the cultivation sects. Comes up from mortals too, you never know who'll be born dragon souled, though it does pass from parents like us to their children for the most part. Unless you mean the shiny thing, then no, that's just for the people here.
no subject
[The subtext is very flirtatious.]
Both, actually. You see the universe I'm from there isn't a thing as dragon-souled.
Right! So, you said you were going to help me leviate?
[Given he rolled all the way here]
no subject
So far no one else has any dragon-souled. I'm deciding to feel special instead of depressed.
( With an upbeat flick of his whiskers, his eyes narrow into pleased arcs as he looks down at his new companion friend. )
Sure, depends on if you know how to swim or if you'll need a lesson in that, too. Not because you're swimming in the water. Trust your body, and then swim in the air.
no subject
I'm sorry. I'm so, so, sorry. I haven't - run into anyone else who is 'my-souled' here either... [Then curiously asks]
How do you make yourself feel special?
Can't say I've swimmed in this form but I would imagine based on physics and body form, that I would swish my body in a sort-of go with the curvature of my spine, that ends with squishing my tail?

Has this also happened to you?

Doesn't matter dying and coming back isn't - isn't something most can handle.
