It seems like its going around, so you should be careful you don't catch it too.

Eventually. It feels like a cold, and with those you usually just have to suffer through them until your immune system deals with it.

But if you're really never had a cold before you should stay away. Being sick like this can be dangerous if your immune system isn't used to it.
