[ Inigo indeed doesn't catch the way that pouch appears. He's way too busy being very melodramatic over here on the ground - so much so that his eyes are shut, since otherwise he can't pull the perfect expression of agony.
And yet. And yet, when Tidus asks him to open his mouth, he actually does so. Despite the fact that the other easily could have pranked him by popping something else in there. Inigo apparently just trusts his friend that much, or it's just the obedient dog within him taking over.
Thankfully Tidus doesn't prank him though, and Inigo instead finds a taste in his mouth that's.. different. It's a little strange, but.. not in a bad way. ]
