That guy? Is my pal Romeo who's been here way too long. And the vote? Is about the popcorn machine in here.

[ He moves, pointing over to where the popcorn machine sits at the far end of the aisle. ]

Hard to see from down here, but the guy who bought that and buys the kernels? That was all him! And I know a lot of us've gotten fun out of it. So if you have, why not spare a vote to making them permanent? Either that or getting an art car. If you've seen Romeo around, I bet it's been him having fun with the paints!

[ And his mouth draws into a wider grin saying. ]

Most of my pilots I guess I do think of as kids, just not quite my kids like Ezra and Sabine.

Sabine is an incredible artist. With paint... or explosives.

Not sure how fun explosions would be for Madoka - [ she's a rather timid girl ] - but uh... if you mixed explosions and paint together?

[ A light huff. ] Sucks when you're not art-sy or can't go off and make something with your hands, huh? I'm learning how to paint words just right so I can learn to make talismans. And learning an alphabet so I can get better at magic!

You wouldn't catch me doing any of that away from this place!

It's strange to not even have maintenance to do.

Yup. The guy - Clef, lil' guy who sits on the rock in the library? - he wants me to learn a sequence. I have to take the alphabet, and after every letter, count a number? But I have to increase it. So: A 1, B 2 2, C 3 3 3....

[ He at least knows that much off by heart! ]

And I have to do it while being really uncomfortable. So focus on the sequence, even if I'm not feeling great. But no actually hurting myself.

Meditation isn't really my area of expertise. But there's often some sort of repetitive statement to help you focus.

Really? A guy taught me meditation... but I had to sit and be quiet and 'focus on finding my inner energy'. [ Air quotes implied. ] If I knew I did something like that, it wouldn't be so boring!

My partner tried to teach me sometimes at home, but I can't exactly connect to the Force like he can.

I wished I'd paid more attention when he was teaching Ezra when we needed it to resist the illusions.

I play dejarik with the kids in hyperspace sometimes. Mostly if I get time to myself I try to just spend it with Kanan though, it doesn't really matter what we do.
