[The video in the kitchen car turns on, showing Ryo holding up a tray of freshly baked muffins - half poppyseed and half chocolate chip, from the looks of it - and wearing a smile a bit more mischievous than usual.]

I don't know how many people have looked at the shop today, but we can now vote on improvements to the train. I had six votes, and I'd imagine most people have about that many.

I also have freshly baked muffins, and I'd like to offer a trade: if you vote to add scaffolding in the garden car, I'll give you a muffin, as long as I still have them available. If we get enough votes for scaffolding and you still want a muffin, voting for protein and dairy or for meat will also count. I'll be in the kitchen for a little while if you want to come talk to me.

[Yes, he is happily bribing the train to get what he wants. No, he has no shame - at least, not over this.]

Also, Thanatos, can you come see me when you get a minute? No rush.

Good job healer, you had the votes filled up before I even had a go for it.

It'll help out a lot. I been tryin' to keep us all filled up on food but more space to grow gives us lots of options.

Yeah. It was one of those extra powers we all got. I been workin' on uppin' it for a while. Lets me grow and change plants as I need to. I can convince one plant to act like another, as long as I've encountered it. The closer I am the better it works.

Took me a while to figure out "just grow" versus "change". If you ran across some wierd fruit? My bad. I was tryin' to restock the stores early on and kept gettin' confused.

Yeah! She helped me with figurin' it out. Nell did, too. Hope I didn't leave anything too surprisin' in them early batches.

Now, I ain't gonna try and go by some weird name again [No more 'Thicket', thanks.] but I wouldn't mind usin' the plants about the same as my arrow. [Because he needs some less murdery ways to fight people, not so much because he cares about it? But he's around people that do and contrary to his history he'd rather not traumatize anyone more than necessary.]
