And anybody who has done it has to take a drink. Unfortunately, I'm as broke here as I was back home, so I can't supply the booze. And we should probably be setting a good example, right?

[ Jin Ling doesn't want to hear at this point. There are plenty of people he can list off the top of his head that don't think that way. Most people can also agree with his assessment.

So rather than giving the other the satisfaction of yelling at his deflection, he decides it's better to just show it with action. His hand feels a little numb from where he punches. He wasn't expecting Wei Wuxian to take the hit but that is soon explained when he hears the fox speak to him. ]

[A flick of the ear with annoyance, not even thinking about letting his host take control back until the teenager is calmer. Although Wuxian himself is growing more and more agitated, though he knows the fox does this enough that he's stopped fighting it. Especially with people like Jin Ling.]

He's always trying to fight back as well, and say those things. We've seen his memories, he has people proud of him... the moron.

Though, maybe both of you should calm down and not try and kill one another with your words.

[ Jin Ling is still seething a bit. It's a miracle that the wolf didn't decide to stop him either. It was probably entertained and wanted to watch their outcomes before interfering. Since the fox had stepped in, it probably didn't need to.

Jin Ling on the other hand, was still boiling a little but huffs unhappily as he crossed his arms, still visibly angered but not about to throw another punch at Wei Wuxian, for now. He's just really upset that his uncle keeps coming up with these stories, saying that no one in his family was proud of him. Even Jin Ling himself, is quite respectful and fond of how knowledgeable well versed Wei Wuxian is. Even if he has a terrible personality to boot. ]
