Not for gods and goddesses. At least not most of them? It's a title of sorts, adding to or occasionally replacing our names in worship. So adding an insult and asking for a blessing is not likely to work out.

Humans love to do that stuff, the adding, not the insult. Like Athena Polias for her city. Both Hera and Aphrodite get their names tacked onto the other since love and marriage are so heavily linked. There's even a special one for when your temple is on a hill.

Humans are weird.
