So... I didn't notice the exact date that it happened, but I feel like I should let everyone know, for the sake of not keeping secrets, that I'm apparently listed as having just turned twelve years old.

[ She's not surprised. Obviously, she's been getting older. Taller, among other signs of growing the past year she's been here. ]

I've been here a year and I wasn't even sure how to count my own age, so I suppose it was decided that this was a convenient way to count. I'm glad to... have been here, for the past year. For the longest period of time that I've ever been awake in my life, at least that I can remember. Even with all the people I've met that have left, even if everyone I know is changed out for new people... some of those new people will still be friends, it seems.

[ It's a strange feeling. It's a bit unsteady, to rotate parental figures in and out, but the fact that they actually care about her wellbeing in such a short time is so infinitely better than what she had back home that it's... fine. ]

I don't need a party, or gifts, but I won't fight anyone to get them not to, now that you all know that I'm a year older, either. I just wanted to say that I appreciate everyone... everything... even this train that we're all riding and trying to figure things out with. That's all.

Ple Two may be saying that she doesn't want a party or gifts, but Madoka still can't help but fuss. Fuss!! Fuss the very moment she hears that apparently the train turned Ple Two a year older, and she didn't know until now!

Which means that Madoka isn't even going to reply over the ICPs. Please. Instead she's going to run through the train to find the other girl, storming at her like a wild mob during a sale in a store. ]

[ Unless stopped, Madoka will just fling herself at the other girl, arms wrapping around her. ]

[ Ple Two already expects it. No one expected this, when Ple Two has no idea what her birthday is, or what qualifies for a birthday for a clone from a tube. Well, some force of nature has decided, apparently. ]

[ The almost panicked launching of herself makes Ple Two laugh as she catches Madoka, staggering back a step while holding onto her. ]

I was just going to look for you...

Y-You were?!

[ Even though she was woefully unprepared for this birthday announcement? Madoka quickly shakes her head, but she's not letting go of Ple Two. Not even for a moment, thanks. ]

I can't believe the train didn't let us know in advance! You really deserved a birthday party..

[ Just for this very reason - she knew Madoka would want to come pounce on her. ]

I don't know how much it understands birthdays. I won't say no to a party, if you want to... just nothing too excessive?

[ 'Nothing too excessive', Ple Two says, while Madoka's entire fear revolves around it potentially being underwhelming.

It's a tough thing, and she mentally wrestles with it for a moment, trying to figure out the best way to resolve this - especially since it feels like there's no best way. At least it seems some other friends of Ple Two already offered her gifts over the ICPs, so maybe rather than having a birthday party with a lot of people, the true solution is-- ]

.. Would you maybe like.. a small party with just the two of us? Or would that be too small..?

[ But it would give Madoka an opportunity to pay some special attention to her girlfriend, huh. As Ple Two deserves. ]

[ Ple Two wasn't thinking that small - and she blushes when Madoka says it. A date, is what that would be. A birthday date. ]

I-I would like that a lot. Just... just the two of us. And another party for... for other friends, too? I guess?

[ It's fine, give her all the extra bonus parties if she gets a bunch of Just Madoka time too. ]

Um, well, I'll ask miss Della about a party-- she seems rather.. enthusiastic. [ But then again, doesn't Della always seem like that, huh.

Still, if Ple Two wants a party, then Madoka isn't one to deny her it. Not when the other has always had so very little. It's just that she might need a little help, considering organising anything by yourself is pretty overwhelming at Madoka's age. ]

But.. still, if you want to have both, you can have both! It's important to me that you have a great birthday.. Even if it's a little belated.

Della is too sweet. I can't just say no to her as long as I can convince her to go easy on me.

[ It'll be fun. It's fine. ]

I'd be happy to have anything, Madoka.

[ Please, Ple Two. As if Della would ever go easy on anything. That duck has a supplex hold on life and she is never letting go. ]

She is really powerful.. [ Della, that is. ] But as long as that means she's doing nice things for you, then I'm really glad for it..!

Mm... I'm glad to have someone like her around.

[ Everything's better when a mom shows up. ]

[ Not that Madoka isn't glad for Della. She thinks Della is great.

But Madoka has definitely experienced what it's like to have parental figures around - while that's still more unique for Ple Two.

[ Before that, there was Nerdanel. Other parental figures. She's had a lot of them, just coming and going on occasion. ]
