It's true. There's a lot more hall in Chaldea. The train just has 'one hall', from end to end.

Frankly the idea of what counts as a hall however is banished at the idea of getting to use roller skates. It's minimal- emotional expression is not this kid's strong point apparently- but she does seem happy!] There are roller skates?

But everyone else...they were here for a while, at least according to her.

[That's. A good question.] Mostly, the answer was 'no'... ...but, a few years ago a lot of us were stuck somewhere, and exposed to the existence of magic; and from that point, 'weird' hasn't stopped. In that sense, the answer would be 'yes'...

...Really, it was a lot like how people have been describing this train- the train moves on a bigger scale though.

[ He's nodding. ] This place is crazier than where I'm from... but that was a lot like me, too! Didn't know anything 'bout magic 'til a year ago. It was like that city we were just in - sans everyone having powers. Just us and a lot of machines.

[ And then, bam. Life changes for the rest of its existence. ]

But... was it like another snatching up case? That happens- elsewhere. A few others got dragged to somewhere else from their worlds, then they were here.

[Kiyoiri's own nodding is quite quick, and in great agreement.] Yes, it was much like that. Magic is rare in our world- by sheer coincidence, we found ourselves within one of their organization buildings however.

[Related to that...] On that note, something of the opposite is more accurate... ...While we were inside the building, catastrophe made the world outside inaccessible. Everyone on the planet was 'incinerated from time'. The building was an 'ark' in this, but similarly, this left the ones inside as the only ones who could restore it.

[.........................] ...It is like that now at home, but worse, for different reasons. We can access the planet... ...but the planet is still 'gone'. All there is, is white sand. We aren't sure if we can restore it this time.

[ ............that's a thing that apparently happened. Don't mind the baffled, confused look Tidus is wearing at 'incinerated from time'. And 'art'. And basically around that entire point. ]

Uh... but you restored it another time? [ .... ] How does something like that happen? Why?

[ And just one building gets left behind? what ~~fate you have a lot of explaining to do~~ ]

[There's not a whole lot of good ways to respond to that information, and honestly, Tidus is doing pretty great all things considered!

Still.] The first time, we restored it; we used 'Rayshifting' to travel to the singularities creating the events, and removed what caused the singularities to happen.

[As for the how, hooboy.] ...a being called 'Goetia' needed the energy created by burning '7 timelines'; they wanted to create a world where 'no death, suffering, or sadness could occur'.

[One could argue Goetia meant well...but it didn't change what he did to get there.]

[ It would be very easy to ask 'what's Rayshifting' like the protag that asks too many questions that he is, but you know, when she gets to the villain with a bad plan part- ]

Ugggghhhh, [ listen to that groan, ] one of those guys? There's always someone out of their mind everywhere.

[ Tidus has no respect for that plan!! ]

So you can't just get rid of that guy again?

No, Goetia was defeated...

The current problem is unfortunately unrelated to singularities. The result is effectively the same; humanity is gone, and my friends and I barely escaped between dimensions in the process- but we don't fully know who it is that did it, or even if we can truly restore it.

Oh. [ ....yes. ] I'm sorry. There...anything you think that'd help? [ Oh! ] Anything that used to exist, something you don't have right now?

The girl goes quiet for a moment- the trouble is, there wasn't a whole lot she got to experience before...well. Going to Chaldea. About 3/4s of a year perhaps, and much of it was spent figuring out what 'normal life' was even like.

She should probably think of something she remembers her friends talking about. Like.... ...Oh-] A costume chest. Not for serious things, but for play things. Maybe the costume chest wouldn't be needed, but stage props, and tools to make them are probably large.

[She smiles.] ...if I'm honest... ...the people at Chaldea did a very good job, replacing what material things we lost. It's hard to think of anything very 'big'. ...Maybe, something like a model car race track or similar would count too?

[ It wasn't quite what he meant, but you know what? It sounds fun, cute. Both of the ideas, and he folds his arms, humming. ]

You know, let's see what we can do! But a costume chest, stage props - those sound like they'd be fun 'n' doable. And we've got the perfect stage up in the music car!

So you need outfits... and stage make-up? [ hmm- ] If we buy props as a big item, we might get a whole lot of different kinds. Whatever you need to put on a show.

[ Which Tidus doesn't really know about! ]

[Ultimately what matters is...well, having fun with it, and there's no doubt that's exactly what will happen. Perfect!]

Oh, it could be a musical too, then...
