So I am bored as Christmas, and I just so happen to now have the relatively newly found talent to make jewelry out of scrap metal. Not super helpful, I know. But if someone has some tools I could borrow, I'd appreciate it, just in case anyone wants something to go with the new pendants they got.
No charge. Out of the sheer generosity of my large and soft heart.
[He's so, so bored. His head is too quiet. Sure, he could have gotten off the train and did the cave thing or whatever but that would require a level of initiative he simply doesn't have.]
[This, though? Somehow he can find a little drive for.]

-> action, ish
When Murphy arrives - well, first he'll encounter Rory sitting very forlornly at the door between kitchen and dining car, In Exile, Father Hates Her Forever, And Also Has Denied Her Fish. Given her size, it's pretty hard to miss her.
With appropriate timing, Ghost's mental voice chips in - ]
Do NOT let her in here, she hasn't learned that counters aren't for kitties yet.

[He thinks about it loudly as he manages to barely make it in, having to use the age old art of foot-fu to block the cat from entering. Fortunately, she's not small, so it's easier to fend off her fluffy bulk.]
Can you hear cat-thoughts or are you blissfully unaware of what toe-pads taste like?
[He plops into a chair, glad to settle into some psychic dialog just fill that empty spot left after the last mission. He didn't know how vast that 'void' would be between gaps.]

[When Murphy enters the kitchen, it's to the distinct smell of vinegar-y rice, fish (both cooked and not so cooked), and soy sauce.]
And not really - cats aren't exactly prone to having distinct thoughts. She's got enough of a personality to be there if I look for her, but not really people-like.
[And after another minute, Ghost drops some of what he's working on on a plate and levitates it in Murphy's general direction. There's chopsticks or you can just be a finger-food goblin, a couple rolls and a couple cuts of Weird Giant Stingray just sitting on rice.]

[Sometimes he wants to eat animals. Sometimes cuddle them. As the train's been good about sating him? Cuddling is good. There's a distinct lack of cuddling in the apocalypse.]
[Speaking of apocalypse, like a true finger food goblin he takes the plate and scarfs a bite. Best part of being psychic? Don't have to shut up while eating. Not so great but not exactly terrible? Not repressing the "Good, some real fucking food!" feeling.]
Is this the weird sky fish?

[Yeah, that part of the response is out-loud actual mouth noises.]
I mean, we do have a couple of Greek gods on board, I don't know why anything surprises me at this point.
[Not having to shut up while eating is Ghost's entire life, really. He's an expert at it.]
Yeah, I mean, where else would I have gotten it? Should be enough to save some for a while.
