Hey, 'sup everyone! I got some stuff from the last mission with Inigo and Dennis that we wanna share with the rest of the train. Some computer tablets, VR glasses, goggles - hey Seto! You can do somethin' with those, right? - and some clothes and whatever else we could get our hands on.

Nothin' like books or music or food. Sorry! But if you like lamps or fans, we got those. [ Ahahaha. ] Oh yeah, and some first aid kits too, if any of the teams want 'em for supplies. And speaking of, Jane told me about these bacta bandages thingies they use where she's from. Like some kind of healing...gel you can sit over wounds? Uh, I got a book on it for an easier time understanding the stuff.

Annnyway, [ moving alooong, ] there's something I wanted to talk about with the last mission and those illusions. I know there's people who know how to work with tech or magic, usually one or the other... well, I don't know anything about making things, but I know there's a lot you can do with the right tools and know-how. And there was some magic and gear that could push back on the illusions. Like a bracer I have, and one of the spells on the manadrives!

I was talkin' with Q'uila - she's a blacksmith that works with enchanting. And I know there's this big chunky book on magic and magitek in the library. Uhh, I've never read it [ because NO THANKS ] but I didn't know if we could... do something? To help with these missions? Create some kinda...I don't know, big barriers when we turn them on, that don't need magic folk casting them! Put our heads and resources together and make somethin' cool!

A-anyway! [ Because he realises he's really reaching here-! ] If anyone's interested, I'm fine if you wanna check out the bracer that helped with the illusions - even if you need to take it apart. And I know Senku's been checking out the manadrives - that has a magic barrier spell too, and Light got manuals on the things. And I got some other gems and protection gear from my world too! If it'll help. Never know, right?

[ And for those of you who come into the standard coach, either because of the message or just because you were passing through, Tidus has taken up a table with a bunch of...everything on the table. Tablets, pens, folded clothes in different sizes, cute toys and ...cubes?.

And Tidus is sat taking up an entire booth couch, legs folded and playing a handheld game.

I'm thinking about what I keep stocked on the Ghost to keep people alive until we have access to a medical facility. Infection, pain, radiation are always major concerns.

The bacta is good for burns as well. Most burns.

Oh, hey, could you take a look at some med kits we got too and see if the stuff's in them is anything you know? I wonder if you and Jane are from the same side of space.

I can take a look. I'm not a medic, but we live a dangerous enough life that I'm familiar with most emergency field tools.

Jane's from a few decades ahead of me. I work with her grandfather.

Not quite as strange as Leia being older than me instead of the same age as the kids. It's more straightforward with someone I haven't met.

We've been working under Senator Organa's leadership for a few years now. I think he'd be thrilled at a Jedi grandchild.

I haven't asked for a lot of specific details, but I know that it's going to get worse, but we will succeed. It helps to know.

Woww. That's wild! I've heard people being around...a few years from different times? But not whole decades. Even the person from the same place as me was only two or something years ahead!

But hey, that's some good news! I wonder if there's anything you couldn't do to...you know, ask about and then when you go back, you can help things along better?

I think that would be harder. It would be too easy to forget what someone doesn't know yet.

[ But there's no real argument in it, more of a silly counter than anything sincere. It was probably difficult, anyway, to remember or make up a plan between that time.

It would still be unexpected consequences. So I try to avoid asking about specific people. It's enough to know that the larger goal is achieved.

Mmm... I think I'd wanna try where I'm from, 'least the stuff that was going on back there. Even if we only stopped Sin ten years earlier, that'd be ten years without it around!

...but I can't jump back in time, so.... [ Aha. ] Oh well. Guess for now I'm stuck here no matter what I wanna do.

I'm more worried about something like... going to try to fix a problem in one place and missing what I needed to do where I was. A war is a complicated thing to try to change the direction of.

Yeah, it's tough when your stuff's way bigger with what you need to deal with! Mine's just knowing what's up with this giant fiend and the real way to take it out!

When it's something like that, it's not as complicated.

You probably can't go wrong taking that out too early.

It was simpler before we could accomplish as much.

Well, you guys get there eventually. Good stuff! Did you 'least ask that things get better with the Jedi? That's gotta be okay to hear a few spoilers for.

I know there are more of them in the future. So that's better.

I still have to be careful about that one. With so few of them in my time it's dangerously close to asking about specific people.

[She wouldn't mind finding out if Kanan and Ezra survive the war. But there's always the other possibility.]

Gee, you're a lot more careful about the future than me. I'd ask! Even if it's bad news...

[ But!! Tidus definitely isn't what you call a 'wait and see' guy, if he doesn't have to be, by that conflicted expression on his face. ]

I want to make a better future. But that means I have to keep my mind on what we're dealing with in the present.

I know we might not all survive the war, but knowing for sure won't help anything.
