Hello! So, Vee did that game where everyone got to ask it three questions. And I thought it seemed kinda fun. It would be a fun way to get to know everyone here. So I think it should be a game for everyone to play.

If you can do this.... Caw, ICP? Thingy. And talk to people. Let people ask you three questions and use it to get to know people! And even if you're the kind of person who doesn't care about getting to know people, it's still worth trying, because if we're all on teams and going on missions together, the more we know about each other, the better we can work together. Tactics, battle strategy, abilities, knowledge, strengths and weaknesses... And things like personality, history, all of that. The more we know about each other, the better we'll be.

Quiet. Desolate. Beautiful as well.

It is so remote, and such a harsh environment, looking down upon it - or standing on its surface, seeing the work to be done - instills as sense of awe.

It sounds amazing. Back home people have been talking about manned missions to Mars for forever, but its probably going to be a long time before it happens for real.

Relatively speaking, my reality might be farther in the 'future' in comparison to yours, then.

Though, we've learned that none of us hail from the same place. Mapping your future's events based on my reality's past is likely futile.

"I can believe that. As far as I can tell, none of the other world's I've heard about so far have advanced ghost tech as far as my world has. Still kind of hoping we do get to the space stuff soon though."

I'm at least unfamiliar with the term, 'ghost tech'. What do you mean by that?"

"Kind of exactly what it sounds like. Anti-ghost technology. And the occasional vehicle or generator powered by ectoplasm." Danny winces a little. "And yes, I'm aware of how ridiculous it sounds. But it does work. My parents kind of invented it."

"I'm more used to ghost being used as an euphemism," Zechs said with dawning realization, "but you mean it literally."

He blinked, and absorbed that. "All right. It does work. To what end? Communication? You mentioned vehicles - do you use the dead as fuel? This is very much outside of what is possible in my own reality, you'll excuse my complete ignorance of this, I hope."

Danny makes a face.

"Unfortunately. My town gets attacked by ghosts all the time."

He shakes his head. "Ghost energy.... It isn't the ghosts themselves. You can think of it more as an energy source? Ghosts use it, but it can also exist separately from us. My parents mostly use energy that they've filtered out of the zone, which is like a mirror dimension made completely out of ghost energy. They mostly make weapons out of it, but they also use it as a general energy source for stuff. You know.... generators, vehicles, that kind of stuff. Using it in the kitchen is a terrible idea, for the record.

He thinks a moment, then holds out one hand flat and creates a round ball of greenish glowing energy that floats just above it. "This is what I'm talking about."

Zechs had to take another moment to process all of that too. And then was given evidence. Well. Considering the odd things he's seen other people do here, since his abduction - he shouldn't be too surprised.

"I see," Zechs nodded. "You'd be correct, then; my reality was yet another that had no such thing. Ghosts simply do not exist, beyond any metaphorical sense. Interesting. Where there is room for humans to innovate - they're capable of inventing amazing things."

Some days Danny loved his life here on the train. He could talk about ghost energy without worrying about slipping up. He could even show off some of what he could do, and people just took it as another weird thing.

It was awesome. If he'd done this back home he'd already be dodging every ghost hunter in the area.

"And sometimes,amazing is just another word for weird," Danny says cheerfully. "As far as I can tell, my world is the only one that went for ghost tech like that. And trust me, it gets super weird."
