That's one of the things we will need to discuss, depending on the skills of the doctors who volunteer. I believe when this surgery was done before in my world, it relied solely on the patient's and doctor's cultivation. We don't have medicine that can serve as the kind of immunosuppressants you'd require. But if we have the choice here, I would not want it to be solely reliant on me.

You also have a patient with a strong golden core, who is able to regulate his body's responses beyond what a common person is capable of. For example, a golden core can be used to filter out toxins and speed up the healing process.
