Some of our interpersonal conflicts have been. Dangerous to say the least.

Much as we'd like it to be, this isn't some happy little train. It's a tight pressure cooker of clashing personalities, and the best we can do is try to keep everyone calm and organized. Which...often doesn't work.

Fun to watch for now, though.
