That is one thing. I believe we ought to refer to people as they themselves wish to be called, not what the train arbitrary thinks they should.

I intended for it to be voluntary from the start. I don't expect everyone to agree with me nor do I think they even should. I'd prefer to leave it as an option that people can participate in or not, rather than turn it into yet another thing to cross-out for people that already plenty confused when they arrive.
