( it's been a while since yuna's really tuned into what was going on with others on the train. she had been busy dealing with her own issues and diving herself more into the chores assigned to her. before she knew it, she was mainly just doing chores and keeping to herself. emotional conflicts were best dealt with....

being pushed down and away it seemed. although she was rather nice and seemed okay to most people, she had a swirl of pent up emotions inside of her. from the conflicts she faced at home to the new one here with tidus, she was just not feeling the best.

however she was also starting to grow tired of feeling down on herself and whenever she wanted to get her mind off things, she would fight. with everything going on too, she wants to keep her mind fresh and body active. )

Um....hello there. My name is Yuna for those I haven't met yet. I discovered something interesting and that being I am one of the few people with multiple powers, or rather the ability to use multiple powers.

See I have this thing-

( holding up a dark tablet, she flips it around to show off the slots it has. )

That allows me to transform into different classes and back home, once I transformed through all the ones on the slots, I would activate this overdrive. So I wanted to know if anyone wanted to train or practice, just so that I can improve my skills. Maybe I'll even be able to activate that overdrive?

[ Inigo is so, so very glad to be able to talk to people normally again now. So of course he's going to use the ICPs at the first available opportunity. Especially since there's something here that draws his attention, and it's not Yuna's message by itself, but rather-- ]

Yuna? You mean like Tidus' Yuna?

( although yuna was no stranger at being recognized or sought out, she is a bit surprised that someone would know her through tidus. considering the state they were in, she wasn't sure how to answer that.

[One thing that always brings Allen to talk was the possibility of training, but at the same time it was also a good way to potentially learn other methods of fighting in terms of movements. Plus in some cases, it was just easier to get to know someone that way at times.

I'm always trying to improve my skills back home and since we're technically still being asked to fight here, I might as well keep myself sharp.

( she's more than happy to meet new people and engage them in friendly training. )

[ Inigo smiles, apparently not noticing how unsure she is about it at all - or if he does notice, he seems to be willfully ignoring it. ]

We're friends. He mentioned someone called Yuna. Now I've got a face to put to that name! And what a lovely, beautiful face it is. [ This is still him holding back on the flirting too.. ] I think he said something about him protecting you?

the flattery doesn't go past yuna, she's been flirted with before but she doesn't comment on it as soon she finds herself flustered by his words. what exactly was tidus going around telling people? )

Right, he's my friend too from back home. He used to be my guardian when I was a summoner, although I'm not sure what he told you exactly.

It's nice to meet you Miss Yuna, my name is Yuki Sohma.

[This one is polite if nothing else. But the classes thing doesn't make much sense to him. Still, he's trying to figure it out and obviously the disc was magical.]

Then..that means you're a wizard?

[He almost added 'too' but Inigo was already there. And those classes were secret.]

( she offers a soft smile at the boy, waving her hand a bit. )

Wizard? I'm not sure, but these were actually invented by this whiz kid named Shinra. He is able to take these recordings and turn them into different dressspheres based on the main person in the recording.

For example, the main one I use is the outfit I'm wearing now but the other one I use is the songstress sphere. That one is based off a summoner who was also a singer.

He said you guys were close, but that you hadn't seen each other for two years? Something like that. I don't know all the details, of course. [ And then there's the worries Tidus seemed to have in regard to her, but Inigo is at least enough of a bro to keep those to himself rather than spill it all now. ]

But, I mean.. [ His words trail off for a moment. ] Are you guys just regular-friends-close? Or are you.. you know.

[ He does the thing. The eyebrow thing. Moving them up. Hint hint. He's here for all the potential juicy romance details! ]

Depends on what you mean by experience exactly?

[Using it, no. Sort of. That one time didn't count as it wasn't long and he really didn't learn to control it during that time.]

I've seen people use various abilities during my time, but magic like spells not so much.

( how intriguing, yuna really isn't sure how to take any of this.

of course tidus still cared about her and even if he was going around telling people they were friends, he still couldn't help but speak fondly of yuna. at least that was her impression.

with a soft sigh, she managed to smile just a bit before speaking. )

Our relationship is.....complicated. We share an intense history, if it weren't for him....I wouldn't be alive.

I guess he's been telling you a lot about me huh?

Well I can use a number of different spells, but if you prefer hand to hand combat, I've got a few abilities up my sleeve.

( after a few moments of debate, she pulls out a gun and holds it towards the camera. )

This baby lets me shoot down fiends, but it doesn't really cast magic. However when I transform into my dark mage sphere, I'm able to cast spells like fire or water.

[He smiled a little at the wave]

A dress sphere?

[Did that have something to do with dresses? Quickly he ruled that out by her clothing. She was wearing a skirt but not a dress. Yuki was quiet as Yuna went on to explain but he had to ask with a small embarrassed laugh.]

I'm sorry..I'm not quite sure what a summoner is. I mean..I take it they summon someone..?

[His voice trailed off and then quieted, feeling like an idiot though there's no way he could know.]

[ Inigo frowns slightly as he's trying to think. Is 'sharing an intense history' girl talk for being lovers? Maybe? Girls are hard to understand.

He tries to give her a friendly smile all the same. ]

Not that much. You could say I'm just.. interested! [ More like nosy. ] Any friend of one of my friends is my friend as well, you know? And I'm rather glad for him that he has someone he knows from back home right alongside him, especially if you are close.

( he isn't that far off, but as she isn't sure where they stand now, she doesn't want to give too much of a hint. )

Oh I see. Is there anything specific you wanted to know?

( a pause. )

Thank you by the way, for being his friend. I'm glad to see he's getting along with others well here.

Oh that's right, I forget not everyone is from Spira or happens to know what a Summoner is. In my world, there was this being called Sin who would destroy and terrorize Spira. Every few years, Summoners would bring about a calm, summoning this beings called Aeons to help defeat sin.

( she paused for a bit, thinking of how to explain all of this properly. )

I used to be a summoner myself like the person who's sphere I own- a recording they made using a camera. So what Shinra did was base my powers off of what the person was wearing or their own abilities shown on film.

[Yuki listened as Yuna went on. Okay so he got the gist of that part. Sin was a bad guy and Summoners called forth powerful beings called Aeons to beat it.]

So you have abilities based on your clothing..

[Okay it made sense..]

But you can control..what you're wearing to do different things then, right?

[He really hoped he was understanding this whole magical clothing business.]

I'm a close combat fighter and sword fighter if that helps any.

[The guns just sort of remind him of his master. A special gun that has abilities. But he listened and nodded slightly.]

So it changes depending on which one you are using?

[ He lets out a breath that sounds like a half-laugh. ]

No problem. Although I am aware he should be honoured to have someone as amazing as me as his friend. Not everyone gets that opportunity! [ It's very much false bravado, but somehow Inigo manages to sell it anyway with his smile. ]

But.. erm, well.. [ His voice trails off for a moment, like he has to think of what to ask first. There's so many things he could ask! ] How long have the two of you known each other already?

Right...

( she isn't sure just how great this person is, but she is still happy to see tidus spreading his wings. so to his comments yuna simply smiled along. )

Oh well it's been a while, hard to say. I met him when I had just turned seventeen...and now I'm nineteen so....somewhere between a year? He's been gone for almost two years.

Well I do have two spheres that let me do close combat and sword fighting! I could work with that too, it doesn't hurt to become better at that.

How long have you been fighting for?

That's exactly right! I use this tablet called the sphere grid, and I just insert what I want to transform into. It's really neat, but I'm sad I didn't get all the cool tablets I have back home.

( in return, she smiles back at yuki and claps her hands together. )

I guess I'm pretty lucky, I don't have to wear the clothes they give us here technically.

Well... [The amount of years he figured she some might not be huge, but at the same time...]

Two years, maybe a little bit more than that. That includes back home and the places I have been to.

[ Right, Tidus did mention something about ending up in a different place.. Inigo supposes that's when that must have happened? ]

It must have been strange to have been seperated from him like that.

That's quite a bit of time. I think you'd make a worthy opponent, so I'll promise not too be too hard on you.

That's if you do want to take me on.

( she isn't sure if she wants to indulge too much information to anyone about tidus, but this man did claim he was his friend and while yuna vowed to never be taken advantage of again....

he didn't seem that untrustworthy. so with a soft sigh and more calmer expression, she began to speak again. )

It was more than strange, it was very painful....

He saved my life you know? It's hard to be without him.

[ Inigo is doing his best to be polite here. And sympathetic. He doesn't want to just trample all over Yuna's feelings, no matter how nosy he is. Not to mention it'd be hard for even Inigo of all people to act like a clown the way he usually does after what she's saying. ]

.. I'm sorry to hear it. Really. But doesn't that make it all the better that you two are together here on this train..?

You're right about that. I can see him be happy and enjoy these moments. That's all that really matters, right?

( she says, softly trying to remove her own feelings from the situation. she wants to be with him every second, but due to issues outside of her control [and tidus], she can't really do much.

so if he wanted to push her away [as he was now], then all she could do was accept it.

[ It does feel like there's a lot more going unsaid here.

Things that are probably better to not dig into right now, he feels, but Inigo is certainly making some mental notes all the same. If there's something painful going on between Tidus and Yuna, he really wants to see if there's not something he can do to make it even the slightest bit better.

But then her last words seem to snap him out of his thoughts, making him blink in surprise at the sudden turn of conversation. ]

Huh, me..? [ He pauses for a moment, seemingly at a loss for words before he continues. ] Well.. I mean, doesn't everyone have someone like that? If anything, I think most people would have quite a few people they care about.

Sure, I mean it would be nice to see what others are capable of especially if we have to ever work together on a mission.
