Please welcome with me our new council! We had a three way tie for our last two spots, so we're going to have twelve members.

These individuals are: Bucky, Curufin, Eva, Feanor, Kaiba, Nerdanel, Nita, Sarai, Yuffie, Ignis, The Doctor, and myself.

Congratulations and we'll have to come up with a good time for our first meeting soon.

[ The dramatics only last for the slightest moment though before he instead laughs. ]

Don't worry though, isn't that what any friend would say? And I know you're incredibly smart and kind, so I have plenty of faith in the council with your say being part of it.

[Okay, now Nita's blushing a little as she keeps on grinning.]

... Though, uh, what is Edge's deal? I know I haven't been here as long as you have, so I figured I'd ask: was he always like this?

[With 'this' being 'excessively antagonistic to Tony and his people'.]

[ That question seems to make Inigo hesitate for a moment. ]

Honestly? I think people just like yelling over these things. [ And he doesn't even mean just Edge either! Geez, there's little kids around, guys. Go yell at each other in person. ] I figure staying out of it is me doing my part.

I think I like that answer better, anyway.

And that's mostly what I'm doing, too. Staying out of it, I mean.

[Being clustered in with strangers is no excuse for fighting them, in her opinion.]

Reigen seems to have a handle on it so far, anyway.

[ It's no surprise to him that Nita is staying out of it, really! That's exactly why he thinks she's a smart person.

He laughs at the last remark though. ]

I don't know whether to admire that guy or to just feel sorry for him. He's throwing himself to the lions voluntarily.

At least he's not anywhere he can hear this conversation!

Well, right now, anyway. As annoying as it is that this Network doesn't save conversations, I guess that helps us here!

Hey, I don't mind him hearing that.

[ Nor did he really mind anyone hearing the part he said earlier, since he's pretty sure the people Inigo knows on the council know how much he cares for them regardless of his jokes. ]

It's not even like I said anything mean! I said I just might admire him! .. If he makes it out alive, anyway.

... Should we see if we can track him down, once it's all over? Bring him a soda or something.

[ It's a good thing Bucky taught him what soda is, or this would've gotten confusing real quick. ]

Well, there's no way I can ignore a council member's request.. [ There's a generous amount of cheekiness in his tone. Yes, he's proud of her, but that doesn't mean he can't lightly tease her with her new important status, right. ] I do suppose he could use a pat on the back. Or transportation to the medical car, depending on how it goes. Let's do it.
