But then you seemed so caught up on the fact that we're not doing things how your world would do them. I'm not saying everything your world does is wrong but very rarely has history actually looked favorably at a monarchy. Back home we have this saying-Absolute Power corrupts Absolutely. And it basically means if you give someone all the power they'll abuse it. That's why there has to be checks and balances to make sure that doesn't happen.

You got points? I recommend you read up on the history of democracy before you start bashing it in favor of a monarchy. Maybe try to learn how the system works before you decide it doesn't work.
