Video: Backdated to last day of Fiddlesticks

[Tony's image appears, but he looks more tired than usual. He has a small stack of coffee mugs he hadn't yet returned to the kitchen in the background, along with a whole mess of tubes and beakers of liquid. Clearly, he's been busy working on something obsessively again.]

After much deliberation and weighing our options we have available to us on this train, the council has reached a decision regarding A-Qing's murder at the hand of Yang Xue. In addition to the punishment already rendered, Yang Xue will be sequestered in a quiet room with a guard on duty for five days. Though each night, he will return to his room, he will be ushered back into custody every morning. This will start when Yang Xue is lucid.

That being said, the passenger known as 'Wester', also known as Anzu Mazaki, is also being charged for vigilante justice and terrorizing the train. They will also be in solitary confinement for five days.

We're asking both to issue a formal apology as well.

[We have two people making a post together today: Nita Callahan and Seto Kaiba. Both look fairly serious.]

Hey, everyone, this is Nita again.

And I'm Seto Kaiba. We come to you today as council representatives. We want to apologize for the delay in dealing with the recent unpleasantness, and we’re working to ensure it doesn’t happen again. But to do that, we’re going to need help.

We’ve lost a lot of people this last week - unfortunately, that includes council members. We do know there was a decision ready before then, but moving forward we’re looking for interest from either runners-up from last time or people new here who are interested now in joining the council.

We have two open slots, and there are no age limits to apply. All we ask is that you make a case for why you want to be part of our civilian leadership. Your duties will be to attend monthly meetings, with the occasional emergency meeting, to listen to your fellow passengers’ needs and advocate for them, to resolve train conflicts, some more...serious than others, and to take criticism for unpopular decisions.

[Nita shoots Kaiba a wry look at the phrasing in the last bit there, but lets it pass and shakes it off, turning back to face the screen.]

If you’re interested in running for council, it’d be most useful to make a post talking about why you see yourself as doing best as a council member; if you want to nominate someone else, just come tell either one of us. Leave me a message in Cabin 4-B-

[Romeo is on your screens this morning and he looks excited. So excited he's practically bouncing on the bench near the window in his cabin.]

Hello everyone! I'm Romeo and me and mister Tidus got a surprise for everyone! We bought a machine that makes popcorn and some popcorn kernels so everyone can have yummy treats when they watch films!

We are going to try it out tonight and watch lots of things like Born to Blitz and magical detective Heartlines! And another one about sports! Mister Tidus really likes things about sports!

Everyone is welcome if they want and we can eat lots of yummy popcorn!

Though this might be his first time showing his face on the ICP for all to see, he carries himself with a practiced ease that can only come from years of televised experience. He may even come across as a little too stiff and serious, shoulders back and chin up, voice sure and certain. ]
