[ Evie's message comes from the gym car. She sounds hopeful and curious, and for anyone that knows her, there's that hint of Stubborn Princess on a Mission. Don't worry. It's nothing bad. She's actually enjoying this little project she set herself up for. ]

Hello and welcome to the new passengers. My name, for those that haven't met me, is Evie Grimhilde. I hope you all got a pamphlet, because the information is very useful. I have a request to make. I need any and all unused hair bobbles and hairpins. There's a girl here that's going to need them, and I'm sure we'll come across more soon, but for now? We need your help.

We're in the gym car. And if there's anyone who is really good at braiding hair, please come see me. Not that I'm bad at it? I'm just going to need the help.

It will, but I think the more people we have to help, the less time it'll take. Plus, it'll go a long way to help her feel welcomed. I think, considering the situation, that's probably important.

I have a few ideas! I'm used to doing the courtesans' hair for the evening appointments.

Okay. We can try to give her a new hair style often, if she's okay with that. Right now, I think we just need to make it easier for her to walk around with. We can worry about fancier stuff another day.

My hair's still short enough that I don't need my hairpins! And Dread can make ribbons, I can bring him along if it will help? If her hair is really long, he might need to at least measure it by sight so he knows what sort of resources he'll need...
