[...Idia's not going to dignify that with an answer. Partly because all it does is prove his point on not caring about making connections on the train either, but mostly because the topic of these candies were far more interesting.]

You would first have to test to see if it's compatible across those of different universes or if there is something in their make up that would prevent a beneficial affect or possibly cause a harmful one. And even if they are able to absorb it then you would have to take into mind how the body processes it, it may need to be a higher dose than assumed to allow a percentage of it to work but to counter out the body's ability to nullify substances like it does with medical drugs. And if it is passing through, would it be safely passed without it causing damage, and however it is if it would be safe to just leave or have to be disposed in a specific way, which would mean treating it potentially as bio hazard.

Assuming that all works across a range of people, how would it then target the different areas? Would it cause issues for those incapable of using magic? Would it damage those who have limited physical abilities if it pushes their bodies beyond their levels? If it's altering the body to withstand damage or to push it beyond it's normal means, would that then require a care system afterwards for the body? Would there be damage done during it but not showing up until the candy wore off? [This is all said out in a rapid pace as Idia's mouth tried to keep up to speed with his brain coming up with these thoughts, and just in case it couldn't he's also pulled out his tablet and started rapidly typing out he ideas as he's talking, fingers flying across the screen to record it all. He is 100% in research mode now, and Jingyi better keep up.]

If you're using it from am alchemist POV, which is possible, then would the ingredients be able to survive the candy making process or would they be broken down due to the heat? That would depend on what type of candy, of course, but if doing with a simple hard candy base due to easy of production and transportation versus lighter or softer items that could be easily crushed and destroyed, then it would have to keep its chemical benefits during the high sugar heat process. [He really could keep going on... and on... and maybe will if not stopped.]
