I mean qi, spiritual energy, and I'm not sure what we can make a candy do... unless we're carving some kind of seal into them? Or some sort of alchemy process? It'd work in theory for anyone, if we're sane about the amounts, because you have to assume the weakest person here could shove them in their mouth and not die, but that might be a thing where we want it to not be absorbed and just pass through a system if it's too much... do you think we can do that? 'Cause qi can work in the ways you ask it to, for energy, to help a body heal, to make you faster, or stronger, to leap further, to survive a fall you might not otherwise, to make your voice carry, all different things. I wouldn't bother working it with any elements, you can make talismans that do that much, but it can help. Even make those who're uh...
