[Video] Let's talk about Fight Club

So, it's been rough couple of days, I know. But we keep moving forward, and doing what we can. Part of that is making sure we can take care of ourselves. So I've taken up a tradition started by one of our former passengers. It's called Fight Club.

Basically it's a regular get-together where I set up stuff in the training gym both for solo practice, but also anyone who wants can show up. You can learn here, or spar with someone on your level. Ask for help in specific skills, but all with a goal of us being able to take care of ourselves and each other. I'm always here, and can teach and train in hand-to-hand, swordwork, and ki-sensing--a type of energy work.

Aside from meals, I'm here kind of all day until this evening, so people can drop in or out as needed. Feel free to show up, even if it's just to ask questions.

I'll be sure to drop by and see what this...'club' is about. Martial arts is a big deal for my people.

I just inherited the name. It's a place where people can show up to spar, or to learn. To practice various kinds of combat. Including how to get out of combat, considering we have people who don't necessarily want to, or aren't suited, to fighting too. It's a way to try and help us all know what we're doing effectively.
