There was a time when the train or whatever is controlling it did offer to answer questions that were posed by those who were on the train. I do not know that many had much success with the answers. The train would deliberately not answer some of the questions and there were a lot of answers that were vague. Nothing specific.

There are some who have knowledge of technology from home who seem to be working on trying to figure out the train. Quatre, who has helped the Blue Team several times, has notes from when another passenger named Webmind was here. Webmind was trying a lot of different tactics to try and learn about the train and potentially open the front compartment. Seto Kaiba also seems to be one who is trying to learn about the train.
