Foremost, you must forgive me in any mistakes I may make in sending this address to you all, as I'm certainly not used to sharing my thoughts in such a way. I'm most definitely more of a fan of the classic handwritten letter.

I was going over the upstairs library collection, so generously donated by other passengers - and you're welcome add to it yourself), when I found myself wondering about the extensive possibilities of literary works to be found in the countless worlds we not only come from, but the ones we visit.

Since there's scarcely a chance to explore such things in the worlds we stop at, wrought with conflict as they tend to be, I figured the easier option would be to simply ask:

What are your favorite literary works from your world? What are they about? Which are considered timeless classics?

I eagerly await your response.

There's a lot to a name. To many, that's the only thing they have left. Doesn't seem to be the case for you, however.

It is true. We have been fortunate over the years, but most of my friends from the war, their names are ones that they have taken up on their own. They don't remember the ones their parents had given them.

Ah...that's unfortunate. But there's also power in giving yourself your own name.

[ Angels didn't - they were named by God and that's how things have always been. The fallen may have changed their names and titles, but not often. And then...there's Crowley. But Crowley has always had a thing about breaking trends he doesn't like. ]

[He nodded] It is. When we finally ended the war, Trowa said that he was without a name again. Both Duo and I agreed that Trowa was a good name. And he has kept it.

I see. Are they the friends you mentioned?

They are. Two of them. They are the two that I get to see the most. Wufei and Heero are more mysterious and will show up when they feel like it. Unless they are needed. Then they will be there.

[ Aziraphale nods from his end of the call, even though he really has no idea who he's talking about. ]

Are they on the train with us?

Duo and Trowa, they were. They left the train and I haven't seen them for a while. I don't know if Heero and Wufei were at some point. But it is just me.

Ah. I'm quite sorry to hear that.

[ More and more he finds himself quite lucky that he and Crowley seem to always stay in a pair. There's a lot of other emotions about the fact, too. ]

Hopefully you may see them yet again.

Thanks. I hope I do as well. It's... strange being without them, but at least they are back home where they can doing something more productive for our home rather than here.

Glad to hear you feel that way. It's a difficult situation for most.

It is. Many have trouble with being here. I hope that it isn't too difficult for you.

Well...it's not quite where I would like to be. But I've definitely been in worse places.

[Quatre nodded] I think that sounds like a good assessment of the train in general.

I do suppose. With everything that happens, I've managed to stay out of most of it, in a way. What can be avoided, that is.

That's good. There's so much that can't be avoided though. It's difficult. Platform day is always very hard for me.

That's understandable. Even if it's routine, suppose there's always some fear of what may happen...

[He nodded] I also have my space heart. I feel emotions of people around me. If they are stronger, it can be overwhelming. Not many are happy on platform day.

Space heart?

That's just what I call it. I'm not sure if there is a better term for it because no one has ever been able to tell me otherwise. But I can sense the emotions of others.

[ Aziraphale has something similar, but that comes with being an angel. Just part of the package deal. ]

An empath, perhaps? Although, where I'm from, it's not quite as...literal.

I guess that might be it. Certainly describes it a bit better. My family all knew about it and never treated it as strange aside from telling me that people outside our family might not be so receptive to someone knowing their emotions. But I guess because they accepted it, they also didn't really... name it. It was just part of who I was.

Well, sometimes some people find themselves sporting some...gifts, I do suppose. At least, that's what I've come to know about humans. Though, of course, plenty that claim as much tend to be charlatans looking for a penny or a dime. Though I'm sure it's not the case.

No, I've never actually tried to get anything for it. It's just something I can do. I'm sure most people who know of me don't know about it. When I was little, I would mention things my sisters were feeling, which was why they told me not to advertise it since I guess it was disconcerting to them... and they knew about it.

Well, used correctly, such a gift can be very helpful. You may find those in need of help or comfort. Specially if they’re not prone to express it outwardly.
