I hope this message finds you well.

Foremost, you must forgive me in any mistakes I may make in sending this address to you all, as I'm certainly not used to sharing my thoughts in such a way. I'm most definitely more of a fan of the classic handwritten letter.

I was going over the upstairs library collection, so generously donated by other passengers - and you're welcome add to it yourself), when I found myself wondering about the extensive possibilities of literary works to be found in the countless worlds we not only come from, but the ones we visit.

Since there's scarcely a chance to explore such things in the worlds we stop at, wrought with conflict as they tend to be, I figured the easier option would be to simply ask:

What are your favorite literary works from your world? What are they about? Which are considered timeless classics?

I eagerly await your response.

Oh, also, if anyone's interested in submitting anything to the library, I have provided clean notebooks and writing material in the far right nook in the upper floor of the library. I'm also available to provide custom book binding services.

Ah. My apologies.

Still, can't be something common, I do suppose. Humans that can look through the Veil in life are not unheard of, if rare, but even more those who can claim to cross it and come back.

There was also Razzy. But that was bringing in the whole mess with clones. and he wasn't about to get into that until they decided what to tell other people.

[ To be fair, Aziraphale is aware that most humans who display such a close connection to other planes of existence do tend to be considered a bit, well, strange, by those who don't share the same beliefs. And, to be even more fair, a lot of them were lying anyway. But, here, he's inclined to believe him. ]

He has a thing for my Mom. Also he wants to kill my Dad and force me to become his perfect son/evil apprentice.

[Danny snorts.]

None of which is ever going to happen, of course. I keep telling him he should just get a cat.

[ Well. He seems to be dealing with it well enough. Might as well leave it. ]

You seem like a very bright young man. And with that kind of power...do you use it for anything?

[Danny pauses and eyes him a little suspiciously at that comment. That compliment... it sounded a little too much like some of the things Vlad would say when he was trying to manipulate people.

But also, he didn't want to live his life being suspicious of everything just because Vlad was a manipulative fruitloop. It was probably nothing.]

Well, at home I mostly use it to protect humans from the ghosts. And sometimes to protect ghosts from human ghost hunters.

[Danny was just a mess of trust issues, mostly due to not having any reliable adults at home who weren't also trying to destroy him, experiment on him or manipulate him. He wasn't entirely sure what to do with a sincere, positive comment.]

Uh... well it just seemed like the right thing to do? I mean, no one else can fight at the ghost's level like I can?

Right. Hardly seems common. But you could have chosen any other thing to use them for, or not use them at all. Good show.

Huh.... I think that's the first time someone besides my sister and friends has said that. So, uh, thanks I guess?

I can't say I've ever met someone in your situation before. Or anything close to it. Suppose it doesn't exactly come by every day.

Well, technically there's one other. But we don't really get along.

But, with your intentions and actions, I'm sure you can keep away the wiles of people such as him.
