You started your career young, it seems. And the younger, the better, so far as I am concerned. More time to become immersed.

Apprenticeships, internships, whatever works. I think it's really important to give students actual experience in their field of study or skill.
School without homework? I'd approve of that, provided there was real attention to the type of learning the students actually require.
