Around other telepaths and around certain kinds of undead. The ones that are receptive to me. Doesn't always have to be a victim of a strain of the Red Death virus but... it helps. [He knows the name is technically 'ZN1' but for the purposes of the train the common name is way easier to understand.]

But whenever I've run into other telepaths in general I've managed a two-way conversation. Can't do it for others. No idea why not.

And yeah, I just mean that there's too much wiring and I only have so much patience to deal with my own head. Especially as the Void makes it hurt all the time.
