Killing in general or in this particular scenario?

I take it a cell phone is some sort of communication device? And what would a star from the past have anything to do with causing a war? I've heard of minor squabbles and the like here and there, but a complete war?

Humans, all in all, tend to be rather easy to make think that. Because, really, while the rational part of their brain would tell them there's no way that could be possible, the more... primitive part would be going "but what if". And most cannot filter such questions.
