As for the robot. He kinda got destroyed and was a creation of Komui's so keeping him around would have honestly ended up with another hassle to deal with evetually. [Much like the reason the whole situation started was simply Komui amking a potion of sorts to help, but instead did the exact opposite and they just never threw it away.]

Last one...I know it's not literal zombies which is why I said zombie like state. When bitten you slowly will turn and then want to bite others and so on. You didn't really have any control either and with abilities...it's just not a good time.
