You don't have to tell Inigo twice. Sure, he prefers hugging actual people over hugging plushies, but they're a decent substitute. And if Kitty is offering him her precious possession to hold, then there's especially no way Inigo can turn it down.

So he smiles as he takes the dragon from her, holding it in his arms, close to his chest.

It makes him think a little about his own plush, back in his room - but before he can fully finish that thought, he realises something else about what Kitty is saying. Something he can't help but be curious about.
