Except for the fact that the front of the fan was most certainly aimed directly at Inigo's face, which means he gets a sudden gust of wind in the face. Not enough to knock him over, obviously, but definitely enough to startle him. A slight yelp escapes him, the sound distorted by him shrieking directly into the fan.
