Inigo doesn't have to be told twice. The moment Ryo tells him that 'no', the guy is already moving down to sit next to the other, trying to make himself comfortable.

Though before the full on making himself comfortable part, he smiles at the other when he's asked that question.

"I think I'm doing better than most here."

Ryo included, considering how tired the other looks. So many people look so tired. And while Inigo was tired and hurt from fighting, at least it's something that eases over more quickly than the energy lost by the people who were helping people travel back home.
