[Following a conversation earlier with Persephone and getting the Goddesses' help with something, Willow is sitting in the greenhouse car when the video comes on, holding a plant and its seed pack up for everyone to see before she lowers it.]

I have two things to bring to everyone's attention. The first is this flower here, it is from my world and known as the Dawnflower. It has medical and magical properties, but please do not try and use it without informing me, as it can be dangerous to handle without care. It is a key component in many potions and restoratives where I am from, and many mages grow them to make those to restore their mana. If you need to use them, by all means I welcome it so long as you ask me first and take care to plant another seed. [She now holds up a hefty leather bound book.] The recipes to make them are found here, and this book will be with me at all times, all you need to is ask and I will allow its usage if you return it when done.

The second, more concerning issue I have noticed, is that we seem to be losing healers and medics these past platforms. So I must ask, who all of us with medical knowledge remain here? Even the basic knowledge could be incredibly useful, and for those who are magically inclined, I offer my teachings for healing magicks.

I've got some healing spells, but they're not very powerful. I'd be open to taking on some training if anyone wants to take the time for that... though a basic first aid class might not be a bad idea if anyone wants to take that on.

I know anatomy, but it's mostly 'how did this thing kill this person?' than 'how do I make it so this thing doesn't kill this person?'.

I've been taking shifts in medical regularly, and worked with Ichigo a few times. I'm mostly a magic healer, but I know basic first aid and field aid. I'm not sure the kind of magic healing I do CAN be taught, but I have no problem teaching potions or things to help that are non-magical.

I've been taking several [ many ] shifts in Medical already.

[Willow does not respond back immediately, clenching her jaw with some frustration. Raven looks like the elves she knew back home that her people did not get on well with, nor did the rest of Rivaersa for that matter. An array of emotions flash on her face before she takes a deep breath to calm her boiling hostility beneath.

She needs to be diplomatic, team-friendly. She can confront Raven privately over her personal issues.]

If you're that adept with potion making, I could lend you my book if you'd like to learn them and give lessons. [Another pause, taking a deep breath, attempting to remove the hostility in her tone.] However, I wish to speak with you in private about such things before I do.

[It's one of the newcomers who responds, long red hair clashing with the blue hoodie he apparently just lives in now. Let's not talk about the fact that he's pulling a glove back on, out of view of the camera, because he needed his hand to use the touch screen.]

I'm a healing blade - more on the 'magical healer' end, but I can handle anything up to broken ribs. Organ damage is a maybe and things that aren't injuries, you're going to want a doctor, I can't help with that.

[He shrugs, pushing some hair behind his ear as he talks.]

As far as training goes, not much more than first aid and field medicine. It's hard to really qualify since a lot of it's instinct for healing blades. We're just born with it.

[Maybe one of his component blades actually learned, in the distant past. Maybe healing blades actually do learn it, and the memory of learning it is lost the way blade memories always are. But Asch is just confident that he knows it.]

... Should work well enough on people who aren't human or blades, too. I haven't tested it out, but as far as I know blade healing works fine on animals, so I don't think there will be any problems.

I know basic and survival first aid, and now that I've 'Nona, I can use him and or Dancer to keep a person warm if needed.

Fire-types run hotter than you'd expect.

I'm not a medic or a healer, but I do know some... techniques. I would be interested to learn how yours work, if you're serious about the offer.

[ Whoooa, plants so they can just grow their own restorative potions? Tidus hears Raven's capabilities to make the potions, and if she's up for the whole 'making the potions' portion...! ]

Hey, your book got other plants we could get to help out with those kind of potions? 'Cause those are pretty handy around here.

It does! However, the Dawnflower is compatible with many methods and ingredients in making potions, including by pure magic alone. Many favour it for that reason, because it is able to be used in many ways.

[innumerable ways that she's experimented with and seen the apothecaries use them, many of which aren't even listed in the book itself. All have varying strengths to them, ranging from minor boosts to a full restore to mana or health.]

It is also the easiest to grow, the others are much more temperamental and I do not believe the train could keep up with their needs. [Despite Persephone's aid, but she doesn't want to rely on her to pour magic into them so often.]

I am very serious about this offer, the more who can heal or provide medical assistance, the better. The missions we go on can be quite dangerous, so the more who know things, the less stressed we medics can be.

I would be interested in your techniques as well, if you're willing to share?

[ Well, that last bit is a shame, but even so- ]

Cool! [ This is still a pretty big positive. ] I've been buying stuff, but I don't know anything that goes in this stuff. How many of those seeds have you got? Do you uh, need anything else? Or just people to make them?

[ Did he really want to get involved in that? ...if someone else was in charge of it... ]

I received 20 packets of these seeds which appear to have fifty each in them, and their seeds can be harvested and replanted, so I believe we have plenty for now and I can get more unless others are able to get them from my world. [She's unsure if the plant is world specific, but if not it'd delight her for others to be able to order more!]

There should be plenty of herbs you can use to make the potions, all of which are listed in the book, and I could use all the help I can get on this. Obtaining herbs if there's none here would be greatly appreciated. I am.. not as experienced as other potion makers, my magic restores quickly enough to rarely need them. [But she knows many others don't have a constantly refilling mana and life energy pool, in fact most others probably don't if they're mortal.]

[Excuse her confusion Haibara, Willow seeing and hearing a young child taking on such a responsibility is making her thoughts short out for a moment until she can finally say something:]

For someone so young, you're helping out so much. You must be quite skilled!

[ There's a low whistle, even once Willow is done, Tidus stuck on the fifty seeds in twenty packets! Hellloooo. ]

My magic sucks, so yeah, that's me using that kinda stuff often. [ Especially with the types of missions they get. ] I heard Raven offered to help, she's good at potion stuff. Any herbs you need, I'll help out! Maybe I can help a lil' some other way too.

[ Who knows on that, he doesn't want to really promise anything... but there's a beat regardless, and he'll say with a smile and nod- ] This is some good thinkin', Willow. Thanks!

I'm a doctor and I've been working with medical in some capacity since I arrived here, but I have been doing many more shifts lately considering what happened. At home I work in the capacity of a general practitioner and surgeon, meaning if you need palliative care or are having an emergency don't hesitate to find me, whether I'm in medical at the moment or not.

I've also managed to pick up a healing spell, my magic abilities are in their infancy however, comparatively.

[ He's not powerful, not yet, but he's trying. ]

Anyone interested in learning more there are books in medical, but I caution that's not likely to be best in an emergency, nor is it quite enough to substitute for a medical program, as they're succinct and not informative enough, however if more books are needed to give more of a clearer picture on how to train yourself in medicine, I have had no problem getting books of that nature from the shop.

The desk references in there are meant for people who have the foundational knowledge, unfortunately.

Compared to many others around here I'm not particularly helpful, but I'm rather skilled at first aid and field type care. Setting bones, giving stitches, improvised splints, that kinda stuff. Can't do surgery but can keep ya alive to get ya to someone who can.

I'm also relatively skilled with cybertech care as well. If it's an internal system I'm not so much help, but something external like my arms I can generally get into a passable state.

Been meaning to go through 'n see if we got any medical books so that my Agent could digitize them 'n store 'em to walk me through things in the future.

[ Lena is mostly just listening to the announcement, still getting used to everything. But after a while of fiddling with the terminal, she figures out how to reply. ]

I can...try to learn healing magic? I've never really done it before.

All of those skills are very useful, first aid can extend a life at the very least! I am unfamiliar with cyber tech, that does not exist where I come from, but it sounds helpful?

[Forgive her practically zero-technology world and very basic knowledge of it on the train, she has a lot to learn still.]

This book I have, it could be of use perhaps? There are various magic spells, but there are also many recipes for potions and such if you would like to look at them. [A beat, and then, recalling the acupuncture book Wen Qing had ordered that had been in her care for a while:] I also have a book about medicine that Wen Qing had gotten for me to read.

[If she hadn't seen Della around before, Willow would have had a very different reaction to Lena, but instead of confusion she just nods a little.]

Have you ever done any magic before? I would be happy to teach you if you can perform such a thing, and even help you try if you never have.

I'm another person who has some basic healing spells, but it's not my specialty. I also know a bit about herbs, mostly if you need another set of hands for preparation.

I can reverse injuries with my magic and I'm still here. I'll learn anything I can.

I've taken on responsibility for tracking and handling the medications available. If people need medicine or need to arrange dosages and medication schedules, I can handle that.

I should be able to handle general diagnosis and basic treatment as well. Surgery I'd rather not handle. [ "Rather not." Which is to say she can if she needs to. ]

...I have experience with basic first aid, and an extensive knowledge of medicinal herbs. Though I suppose the usefulness of the latter would depend on the availability of the plants I'm familiar with.

I... have some medical knowledge. Traditional, ah... Chinese? Mostly.

[That seems to be the term everyone is using.]

Wen Qing is my sister. Though I'm nowhere near as good as her.

[Since she seems to have been fairly well known for her healing, as she should have been.]

I've also got knowledge of plants and herbs. And poisons, so I might be somewhat effective when it comes to antidotes! Believe it or not, I've also had some experience as a midwife in the past, not that I'm sure that's a necessity here. But you did ask!

[Mostly because Hecate thinks the train would just...pause that, with what she's been told they're here for. But hey, it could surprise her...]
