You shouldn't sell yourself short, Ms. Della. You are a good person. The missions are very stressful and they can make us doubt ourselves, especially when we look at each other and see someone right next to you have an easier time of it than you are.

But that's okay because we are all strong in our own way. You're probably much better at throwing a punch than I am and being a pilot is always useful. You have that knowledge and I'm sure there is much more to you than just that.
