Hiiii! I know there are some very competent builders and makers out there. I'm still finalizing my chores robot-

[Two little robot clampers reach into the bottom of the screen. They make little 'grabby' motions, then withdraw.]

-Everyone, say hi to Sandra! Sandra, beep hi to everyone.

[Sandra beeps. That probably means 'hello'.]

I collected some data from the last stop we were at, thanks to both on-site observations and salvaged scrap, and I've started to get a better handle on hard-light technology! Think of all the applications! We could make temporary protective shields when you don't have someone with those abilities around. Or even drones that can carry a holographic generator into a place where you wouldn't normally be able to access, and you could work on something through a VR headset. Or you could generate an illusion to hide a location while you rest and plan! And that's just a few examples. The potential for mobile field generators is endless.

But I need some help working out some of the missing information. Some of you even have your own version of that technology or have ways to adapt it to be compatible with magic.

I also wanted to ask some of the fighters what they'd want out of practice, if I were, say, to build something with very specific specs. I was talking to someone about that sort of thing and she's not wrong about training resources.

Yeah! Everyone here is so great. They have amazing experiences and powers and technology. It'd be a waste to not take advantage of it.

Might as well learn what you can as it helps in the long run. At least knowing what people are capable of when it comes to missions to know the best way to handle something.

See! That is exactly what I was thinking.

Well, and the also that it's just really fun to know.

But yes! I think combining our knowledge into inventions or moves of incredible power is the best idea. Not in just attacks, but have you seen the magic from the healers? We could magically regenerate whole sectors if we adequately enhanced people and combined efforts!

I have seen magic from healers. I have the ability to heal with magic.

[So she knows how it works at least in her own kind of magic, but it was always interesting to see the magic of others.]

It's pretty amazing to see what there is even if I can't learn the magic side of it. But I hope to understand.

I'm sure you will! It's taking me a while to understand everything, too. I'm enjoying it! But there's such a variety, it's hard to decide what tech to start with.

But I get that this isn't so much fun for other people.

Have you found out about anything new and neat?

It might not for me, but I am always interested in listening to people especially if it's something they find fun.

I haven't found anything new or neat just yet,. but I will always keep an eye out.

You should find some of the people with magic cards! Those are really neat. I have no idea how those work yet, but I want to learn.

People that use magic cards. That certainly sounds interesting. I might look into that myself.
